The Difference in our Clay Bars
Most importantly our Clay Bars are Made in Japan. Japanese were the inventors of the clay bars and by far they are superior to the Chinese Clay bars
We offer 3 levels of clay bars Fine Medium and Heavy Cut
Always start with the white clay bar to see what you are removing
White Magna Shine is a Light Cut Clay Bar
Because it is white it will show you the color of the contamination this will also help understand what kind of contamination you are removing. You can always move up to a medium or heavy cut if you see that it is taking to much effort to remove the contamination.
Gray Magna Shine Clay Bar is a Medium Clay Bar
The Medium Clay Bar will save you time but use caution on dark colors do a test spot. You may need to polish dark color cars after use always remember lots of lube and let the Clay Bar do all the work.
In all the years that I have been detailing. The purple clay bar has always been heavy cut (beware of sellers on eBay and other sites calling it Medium cut.) Designed to remove heavily contaminated surfaces. This Clay bar is very popular with the Paint and Body shops to remove automotive overspray. Never push or apply pressure use plenty of lube and let the clay bar do the work. When working on a dark-colored car with this Clay Bar, be ready to polish or light buff the surface. Be sure to always test a spot to see if any polishing would be needed after using the Purple Clay Bar. This also includes working on light-colored cars. Designed to cut the claying time and for removing heavily contaminated surfaces. Never push or apply pressure use plenty of lube and let the clay bar do the work.
