We offer a 30-day return on unopened and unused items. All returns must be in brand-new condition as received. There is no restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and items lost or damaged on the way back to Hot Wax Garage are the buyer’s responsibility. Change-of-mind returns are refunded in store credit for a future purchase. Please contact us for instructions before sending an item back.
Lloyd Mats are not returnable. Every set is custom-made to order for your vehicle, so please double-check your year, make, and model before ordering.
Orders shipped to the U.S. Virgin Islands are final sale and not returnable.
